What makes up the spine?

There are 3 main anatomical regions of the spine:

Cervical Spine or Neck
Thoracic Spine or Upper/mid back
Lumbar Spine or lower back

Back and Neck Pain

Low back pain is one of the most common complaints reported to Physiotherapists and other health professionals around the world.
